I needed my order by a certain date. It was for my little girls birthday party. I definitely got my order by the date that was promised. The only problem is it wasn't what I ordered. Now I'm out of time and cannot get a response from the company. I was told someone would call me back or email me I have received nothing. If they do not rectify the situation I will never order again!

Trying to contact customer service and I got a hold of them right away. Still waiting to hear back about how they are going to fix the incorrect shipment of the product. Hopefully customer service will be fair and not charge me a return shipping fee. It was their mistake, why should I have to pay for it? Make sure you know exactly what they're sending you before you place an order.

How can you order something from A title, description and picture and then pay 8.00 shipping and not get what you ordered. I ordered a 48 count of pixie sticks. 3 pixie sticks in each one of the 48. That is a total of 144. The whole reason I ordered them and paid that high shipping cost is because they were packaged in threes. Instead I was sent a bag of 144 singles with holes all through the bag and half of the pixie sticks opened damaged and spilled. I could go to my local grocery store and get it for a quarter of the cost I paid here. I only ordered from here because of how they are packaged in threes. Now I have to pay eight dollars to return it. So that's a total of 16 and shipping +8 dollars for the product. So essentially I'm paying $24 for 144 pixie sticks. My grocery store sells 200 of them for 4.00. I called them and have not received a call back or an email. What they need to do to fix the problem is send me what I ordered free of charge. I did already pay for it. Total false advertisement. They show you one thing and send you something different. This is not OK.
