I ordered this 12 pack of Ninja figures but only got a ripped package with two ninjas in it. I've emailed support twice and have not gotten any response. I will not order from this company again and will warn everyone I know not too. When you're an online retailer, customer service is of the utmost importance and birthdayinabox failed!
