Size was perfect and # in good conditions
I ordered #1 balloons and got #9's and #0's!
My balloons were just thrown in the box damaged.
I ordered two number one balloons for my daughters first birthday. I ordered these a month prior to the party so I could obviously be prepared. When I received the package the number balloons weren't included. I called customer serivce who told me they couldn't reorder them until I talked to a woman in a higher department but that would take 24-72 hours. So I waited a woman named Jessica called me I was at work so I called her right back which only directed me back to the customer service department whom is far from any type of help. I requested a refund after calling again 2 weeks later and they told me the same thing I would have to speak to someone in a higher department but they couldn't transfer me I would have to wait 24-72 hours. Never got a call. Not only is this unprofessional I will never, NEVER shop with birthday in a box again. Which is really a shame bc my sons birthday is next month and we were planning a big one. I will never recommend this company to any of my relatives and friends. Extremely unprofessional.

As soon as my son and I saw this, we knew we had to add to our balloon bouquet. Makes a nice color detail to the rest of our Luigi and Mario balloon collection, along with three multi-colored stars.
