Honestly I would rate this horrible. I sent 2 emails, nobody returned one, and I made a phone call and the customer service representative hung up on me. I received this product a week after my expected arrival date. I also received it 3 days after I was told that it would be delivered. Unfortunately I have no use for it now be abuse it was personalized and was not delivered in time for my sons birthday.
