We received the candy and mask from the kit, but no piñata. Contacted customer service and was told the piñata would be shipped along with the missing lollipops. I then received an email requesting the delivery date needed. A response was sent back within an hour. The product was never received. I contacted Customer service again and was told they would issue a refund since they missed the deadline. The representative said they received my email, but no one had read it. I order from this company every year, and never experienced this issue with them. If they had shipped the missing items, I would have had no issue ordering from them again.
