I did not even get to use this item because the "n" in man was missing. When you call to report a defective product the person answering the phone doesn't know about the products. I was told on the phone and in an email that I personalized the product and it was my fault because I left it blank. Really people? There was nothing to personalize. I ordered a product directly from the site. After another attempt someone finally realized that I received a defective product and is issuing me a refund. It is the principle of the matter and the fact that I trusted this company to order a cute product, but couldn't even use it and got blamed for it. Companies really need to work on customer service.
