I called to inform you that the labels for the plastic tubes did not shop the representative Ashley kept insisting that I did not order them and was not helpful at all. I called back and asked for mgr was placed on a long hold then hung up on. I then called back and spoke with sammy who was more than willing to help and apologized for Ashley as well. The fact tht ashley was not listening to me is what bothered me the most. She definitely needs service training. But sammy was great.
