i ordered 3 of the artist banners and had them personalized . They arrived quickly and were very nice but on 2 of them the size of the print was to small . I called customer service -and explained the problem. The customer service person was amazing ! She did not hesitate, she said she would fix the problem and replace the banner - i had the new banner in two or three days ( no charge) . The replacement banner was perfect and the customer service was even better ! This company takes care of their customers !
