Captain Hook has all sorts of crazy and unique hooks! Your Jake and the Never Land Pirates party guests will have a blast coming up with their own hooks in this pirate craft activity!

What You'll Need:
  • Red plastic cups
  • Tin foil
  • Scissors and/or razor blade knife
  • Tape
  • Paint, stickers and other decorations

Before the Party:

  • To avoid accidents, complete some of the cutting before your guests arrive. Cut a small hole (about one-half inch) in the bottom of a plastic cup.

Before the Party:

  • Each guests will need a cup, 3 sheets of tin foil, tape and decorations.

  • Stack the 3 sheets on top of each other. Fold in 3 sides of the sheets about an inch.

  • Start from the center flap you folded and roll the tin foil into a "log" shape.

  • Bend one end of the tin foil log down to resemble a hook.

  • Push the straight end of the foil through the hole in the bottom of the cup. The hooked side should be outside the cup. There should be enough of the tinfoil tube inside the cup to use as a handle.

  • Tape the tin foil to the inside of the cup to prevent it from dislodging.

  • Decorate your hook and have fun! If you'd like, you can create different shapes out of the tinfoil or attach decorations to create different kinds of hooks.
