Karate Party

Kick up some fun for your child with a karate birthday party! Read on for karate party ideas, including suggestions on decorations, invitations, food, favors, and more.

Karate Party Planning & Invitations

In addition to basic party supplies, like plates, cups, napkins, and decorations, you may want to consider purchasing, borrowing, or renting the following items to fit your soccer party theme:

  • Extra karate belts, a cinder block, cones, and swords
  • Karate posters of your child's favorite players
  • Karate banners and flags of your child's favorite ninjas
  • A karate-themed movie like: Three Ninjas (Rated PG) or The Karate Kid (Rated PG)
If you have time, consider making your own karate birthday party invitations. Here are a few ideas:
  • Cut shapes out of white card stock and create an invitation that looks like a gi.
  • Create an invitation that looks like a karate trading card. Take a picture of your child in his or her gi and attach it to the front of the card. Write your child's moves and party details on the back of the card.
  • If you can hand-deliver your invitations, attach them to small karate-themed items like sword keychains or whistles.

If you'd rather purchase invitations instead of making them, you can still have a personalized touch with our personalized karate party invitations. Make sure to ask your guests to come to the party dressed in their soccer gear, or at least make sure they wear the proper shoes and clothes to play outside.
