Mexican Hot Chocolate


  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • Cinnamon sticks and mini marshmallows, if desired


In a large mug, mix the cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, and cinnamon. Pour in the milk and then add the boiling water. Stir until fully blended and smooth. Serve with a cinnamon stick and a few mini marshmallows, if desired.
