Eyeball Relay Race

What You'll Need:

• Ping pong balls
• Permanent markers
• Spoons

Preparation:

Draw eyes and bloodshot veins on each ping pong ball using permanent markers.


How to Play:

Divide the guests into two teams and hand each child a spoon. Have the teams line up and place an eyeball onto the spoon of the first child on each team. When you say “go” the first member of each team should run to a pre-marked spot, turn around, and run back to the starting point while holding the spoon with the eyeball. If the eyeball drops, they must stop and put it back on their spoon. They should pass the eyeball onto the spoon of the next player, and that person runs next. Continue until all players on both teams have raced. Whichever team finishes first is the winner.

Variation: For a second round of this game, let older children hold the spoon in their mouth as they race.
