What You'll Need:
- Sheets of Construction Paper (at least 1 per guest)
- 3" x 5" Index Cards (at least 1 per guest)
- Stickers
- Markers, Crayons, and/or Colored Pencils
- Clear Contact Paper (optional)
At The Party:
Give each child an index card and a sheet of construction paper, and let them create their own tent cards and placemats. For the tent cards, have the children fold their index cards in half, and then write their names on each side before decorating. They should also write their names somewhere on their placemats, and then decorate them with stickers and hand-drawn designs. If desired, you can finish off the placemats by sealing them with clear contact paper to make them last a lot longer; it will also make them easier to clean after meals!
