We finally got to reschedule Zack's party and it was great. Everyone ask me where I found the curiuos george decorations and I told them birthday in a box. It was great and I am glad that I looked you all up on the internet. Thanks so much for helping make my son's first birthday the best!

For our son's 3rd birthday party, we planned a backyard curious george party. We ordered all the plates, napkins, favors, etc from birthday in a box which made it incredibly easy. For activities, we filled an outside kiddie pool with 12 beach balls and also with 100 ball pit balls. This activity was the biggest hit at the party and kept the little boys and girls entertained for most of it. For group activities, we read a curious george Review and played the present game (wrap a box with party favors inside.. we did little bubble containers and fruit snacks... enough for everyone.. then wrap the box with as many layers of wrapping paper as you have kids. At the party, have the kids sit in a circle, pass the present around the circle and play music. when the music stops, that child gets to open one layer. Keep playing music and stopping until all layers have been opened and all children have opened. I was impressed that 3 year olds could really focus on this game) Other organized activities like simon says were just too much for these 3 year olds.
