Hazard: Testing of the blowers revealed that they could separate and create small parts when subjected to the appropriate use and abuse tests. Since the blowers failed mechanical testing, they should not have been labeled as appropriate for children under the age of 3 years.
Incidents/Injuries: No injuries or other incidents have been reported.
