1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent credit card charges.
2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

If your order is damaged in transit and/or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately and we will replace your order or refund the entire amount of your purchase.

Although we make every effort to ensure that all orders are processed properly, mistakes can happen. If your order does not arrive as you expected, please let us know immediately, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct any mistake and ship you the proper merchandise.

We recognize that there are many worthy non-profit organizations striving to better our communities and the lives of those living in them. Unfortunately, we are unable to support all of them, which is why we make donations exclusively to a limited number of 501(c)(3) organizations each year. Additionally, while we are happy to consider all inquiries, we cannot contribute to or partner with any organization that:

• practices discrimination of any kind (e.g. by race, gender, religion, age, sexual preference, etc.);
• passes any of its earnings to any private shareholder or individual;
• uses monetary donations or the proceeds from the sale/auctioning of donated items to fund trips, tours, operating expenses, or anything related to politics (e.g. candidate campaigns, political parties, or organizations); and/or,
• is a third party requesting donations on behalf of a charity. (We prefer to deal directly with the recipients of our donations.)

Your letter should be under 2 pages in length, printed on your organization's letterhead, and mailed to us. (Please do not fax your request!) Your inquiry must also include the following:

• Your Organization's Mission
• The Requested Donation
• A Response Deadline
• A Confirmation of Your 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Status
• A Contact Name, Phone Number & Email Address
• The Full Name & Address of Your Organization
