The Kid's Teen Strangeling Sea Star Costume is a cute looking costume that is based off of Jasmine Becket-Griffith “Sea Star” painting. The costume comes complete with a dress with attached crinoline, wings, glovelettes, leggings and a choker necklace. The dress is an iridescent blue color with silver stars all over it. The wings are blue fairy wings while the choker, fishnet leggings and glovelettes are all black.
