The top of the dress has a corset look over a white peasant top which has puffy sleeves. The corset is blue and has black lining and trim along with black bows that have white polka dots on them. The skirt is layered and is the same color blue as the top. The frill trim is black with white polka dots. The matching wings complete this perfect fairy look.
