Love Beads

Preparation:

1. Pre-cut necklace cords and tie a knot at the bottom of each strand.
2. Then place a long bead lengthwise, and tie again. (Skip this step with older children so they can select their own length.)
3. Then organize various colorful beads into bowls.
4. You may want to include various charms, like peace signs and smiley faces.

At the Party:

Give each child a necklace cord and allow them to create their own beautiful love bead necklaces. This activity is great because it doubles as an activity and a favor that guests can take home!
