Below you will find several recipes for Popsicles you can make yourself overnight. We recommend using Popsicle trays because they include the plastic sticks and are easy to wash and reuse.

Basic Ingredients:

  • Popsicle trays
  • Fruit juice
  • Fresh fruit, chopped into small pieces

To Make a Basic Ice Pop:
  1. Use the recipes below to determine which ingredients you need.
  2. Fill the Popsicle tray with the liquid ingredient (such as fruit juice).
  3. Add 1-2 ounces of the chopped ingredient to each Popsicle.
  4. Freeze the trays overnight before serving.

Ice Pop Recipes

Strawberry Lemonade Ice Pops
  1. Fill the trays with lemonade juice.
  2. Add 1 ounce of chopped strawberries to each mould.
  3. Freeze overnight and enjoy.


Chocolate Banana Jell-O Pops
  1. Cook chocolate Jell-O according to package.
  2. Pour batter into Popsicle trays.
  3. Add 1 ounce of chopped bananas to each mould.
  4. Freeze overnight and enjoy.


Orange Cream Ice Pops
  1. Fill the trays with no pulp orange juice.
  2. Add 1 spoonful of marshmallow fluff to each mould.
  3. Freeze overnight and enjoy.


Rainbow Ice Pops
  1. Choose 3 types of juice that are different colors for example, orange, lemonade, and fruit punch.
  2. Pour in the first flavor of juice so that it fills the Popsicle mould 1/3rd of the way.
  3. Freeze for several hours until hard.
  4. Pour in the second flavor of juice on top of the first color so that the mould is now 2/3rds full.
  5. Freeze again for another couple hours until the juice has hardened.
  6. Pour in the last flavor of juice on top of the second flavor so that the mould is completely full.
  7. Freeze overnight and enjoy.
