The straws are so cute, it's a shame that you can't in good conscience give these to young children to drink from because who knows how they've been handled and where they've been stored, UNSEALED.

I ordered the straws to use in favor bags for my son's birthday party. They were perfect for the elephant theme, and all of the kids thought they were cool. The parents also commented about how cute they were. I haven't actually used one, so I can't comment as to how easy they are to drink from, but they're made from a thicker plastic and have held up well.
