- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

- Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
- Remove the egg yolks and mash them together in a small mixing bowl.
- Add the paprika, mayonnaise, and dry mustard to the egg yolks and mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into the halves of the eggs.
- Cool in a refrigerator for at least 10 minutes and then serve.
