  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

  • Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
  • Remove the egg yolks and mash them together in a small mixing bowl.
  • Add the paprika, mayonnaise, and dry mustard to the egg yolks and mix well.
  • Spoon the mixture into the halves of the eggs.
  • Cool in a refrigerator for at least 10 minutes and then serve.
